Love is fickle, and fragile.
But if it were any other way, It wouldn't work at all. In order to love, you need to make yourself vulnerable and trust that the other person wont hurt you.
But they will, because it's inevitable.
Even if they don't cheat, or lose interest... they can bring you pain by moving away, or even dying.
It is part of the process, the pain is the counter balance to the love and affection we all want and need in our lives.
They come hand in hand, and never apart.
Avoiding one, means avoiding the other.
Come out of the cave, let me love you.
